Liverpool has the most successful Junior Swimming Development Programme in the United Kingdom. 

The City of Liverpool Swimming Club has been National Speedo League Champions 8 out of the last 11 years. 

The  programme caters for all ages and abilities. and has produced swimmers of the calibre of Steven Parry, Steven won Olympic Bronze in Athens in a fantastic race and Silver in the 2002  Commonwealth Games.
