Netball provides many opportunities for women and girls of all ages to participate. The women's league involves competitions both indoors and outdoors and consists of four divisions incorporating 52 teams. 

High Five is a new initiative put forward by Sport England and the Netball Association (AENA) in order to introduce basic Netball to U11's. The game is mixed gender and has an emphasis on fun, with attention on scoring, timing and umpiring.
